EXTENDED WARRANTY - PLAYSTATION

<p>I have a PS4 controller that suddenly stopped charging. I took out an extended warranty when I purchased the console from Game store Pinetown. The warranty does not state that consoles and controllers are NOT covered by the warranty. Specifics are only mentioned on TVs, Hi-Fis, DVD players and remotes.</p> <p>Game has now stated that the controller isn't covered by the warranty, however their extended warranty covers the serial number for the entire contents of the box, not just the main console. I have spoken to so many people with little to no knowledge about Playstations and the stores' extended warranty.</p> <p>Vasu, the extended warranty manager from Pinetown Game store, said that we should take the controller to Partserve in Mount Edgecomb to see if they can repair it. They cannot repair it. I spoke to Happy and a number of other people at Partserve and none of them can help me. Partserve themselves called your extended warranty department and they had the call dropped on them repeatedly.</p> <p>This PS4 is useless to me without the controller and so is this extended warranty that was sold to me. I would like this resolved swiftly please with either getting the remote replaced free of charge or by replacing the entire console that the extended warranty covers. </p> <p> </p>
