Extended warranty no service worst aftermarket service ever

Dear Game since 7 December you still haven't repaired my washing machine, do you know how much money I have spent on washing my laundry at a laundromat ? I could have bought another machine. I am bringing my broken machine to your store and I demand you fix it immediately or give me another one. What is the use to have extended warranty and they don't assist it takes forever to fix what a waste of money. Do you know what is customer service?
