I purchased extended warranty on a fridge purchased. The glass on the one door of the fridge shattered. I called the extended warrant department and they send a team to look at the fridge. This was in October. Nobody has come through to repair the fridge. The fridge works intermittently resulting in thousands of rands worth of food been thrown away. We have been calling them frequently and nobody is willing to assist. Game has ad me the extended warranty but they are now refusing to take responsibility for fixing the fridge. Disappointed with Game store.
