Extended warranty (Game wonderpark shopping center)

Extended warranty on my Hisense 50" UHD Smart Tv it's been 3 months now they are struggling to fix my TV and they say extended warranty doesn't cover replacement of which that's not what I was told when I bought extended warranty from Game
