Extended Warranty Claim

In my previous review I stated that I was not happy with the way GAME STORES Kolonade had my managed my claim on a LG Home Theatre System. I now want to say that they have finalised the issue today and as the Home Theatre System could not be repaired and that they issued me with a voucher for original cost of the system and thus I was able to replace the system with a product of my choice. I thank the staff and managers of GAME Client Service Centre for their service rendered.
