extended warranty and bad customer service

I went to game lakeside mall benoni to report a broken washing machine defy 13kg tha was on the 13May then they promise to send technician ,on 3 june a technician come and promise to come back replace broken part since then we still waiting on 26 june i called *** to check how far they told me they will come back to me but till today 29 june no one phoned or came to check and today i spoke to Mary who doesnt even know the meaning of customer service , i asked for her email adress but she refused to give me and she couldnt careless what i was saying o her and i find that unprofesionally
