On the 29 Feb 2016 at 17:22 I purchased some groceries from game and when I got home the mealie meal had insects and white snails in it. It was 2kg of white star R24.99. So I decided to report to game when I knocked off from work the next day and produced my slip at the counter then was referred to Gary (floor manager) who had an attitude he rudely said he wanted the packet,I told him that I threw away the packet due to shock after seeing the insects but he insisted the he wants the packet and when I complained about his attitude and statement he said it doesn't matter even if I don't come back to buy from game.
