Excellent service - Marcel

Went to the Westwood Mall branch store two weeks ago. After trying to align a bike for over 2 hours that I was purchasing for my son I almost walked out. Along came Marcell who had just been passing and offered to assist us. Such a friendly helpful person. Took his time and aligned and set up the bike, letting my son test it after each time and spoke so kindly to us. Marcell did not even work in the sports department yet he did everything to make sure we were happy with the bike. Thank you so much.
