Excellent Service Game Kolonnade

Today I went to Game Kolonnade & saw a Samsung 32Lt Microwave oven that was on sale yesterday, but was out of stock when I went to purchase it. I requested a worker at the Information Desk & then a manager (Johanna) if I could purchase it for the price I saw it yesterday when it was Out of Stock. Both refused & reluctantly I purchased the item at regular price. After the purchase, I noticed a gentleman at the Information Desk & approached him by asking him the same question (Johan van Meersbergen). He responded with an immediate YES & told me to proceed to the Customer Service counter where the discount would be done. I went & he followed by activating the discount on the system. I later ascertained that he was in fact the Store Manager. Thank you Mr van Meersbergen for the fantastic support and help that you gave me. It is because of the phenomenal service that I received from you, that your store will be held in great honour and praise by me. You can be sure that I will share this Great News & experience with all whom I know. Once again, Thank You very much. You are an Excellent example of an extraordinary Store Manager!
