Excellent service - GAME Employee Elenor Jonas

I want to give a 5 star rating to Elenor Jonas at Game Mossel Bay. We had issues with a claim of 2 HiSense freezers which we bought and were faulty but HiSense did not want to return the product.

She went out of her way to make a plan to sort out our problem by assisting the rest of the team on her day off.

She resolved the claim and got us a new freezer (DEFY). She is an asset to Game Mossel Bay. This event took place in the first week in May 2021.
