Excellent Service from Mafora at Game Westgate Shopping Centre

<p>Previously I had a horrible experience with returning a faulty TV to game Stores Westgate Shopping Centre.</p> <p>However in February 2016 I bought a Telefunken Tablet Combo and last week it stopped working. In stead of going through the initial process of taking the item to repair at Game Store, I replaced it as I am dependent on the tablet. On Sunday 18 September I went back to send the old faulty tablet in for repairs. When I got there, Mafora, a sales consultant in the technology department recognised me and assisted me. He insisted on replacing the item and did everything to get the process started. I walked out happy and smiling. He informed me to come back to him with any questions or queries in the future and I will refer everyone to him! I do hope that his manager will read this compliment and reward him for his excellent service.</p>
