Excellent Service from Game Mossel Bay

I had a very positive experience with Game, Mossel Bay. I purchased a tumble dryer from Game over two years ago. While under guarantee, the machine started rusting. To cut a long story short, the side panels were both replaced twice over the last two years. I then noticed the front panel was rusting as well. As the machine was now two years old, I went to Game without really much expectation, but was very pleasantly surprised at the service I got! Lee Roy took my details and looked up my previous issues with this machine, and arranged that a technician come out to look at the machine. After the technician had been there, Lee Roy phoned me to say the tumble dryer would be replaced! Not only did I receive a new machine, but the guarantee was the same as if I had bought a new machine! Lee Roy went out of his way to help me. All I can say is Thank You Lee Roy and Game Mossel Bay!
