Excellent service ever!!!!

I went to Game Gateway on Sunday morning to buy my daughter's bicycle and I was helped by a guy named Vernon ,it wasn't even his department but we walked with me from the floor to where the bicycles were kept..He helped me with efficiency,calm,welcoming,loving it was the first time I have been helped that way.

And I also noticed some few other people were asking for him ,I understood why.. He knows what customer journey is he made me feel at home yet it was my first time being helped by him..Excellent service he gives.

I am definitely coming back to Game Gateway because of Vernon.
