I would like to compliment Douglas in Century City branch and Michael Massey who really came through for me when Game completely messed me up and they took it upon themselves to ensure that my query is resolved. Michael Massey kept on following up on daily basis and Douglas ensured that I get my Blinds as in literally brought them to my house to ensure nothing goes wrong. Both these guys have done extremely well , went the extra mile to resolve my query.
