Excellent Service

After returning my Genesis Megasteam iron back to the Game Johannesburg City Store in Pritchard Street I was greeters with great service from Smangele at Customer Service and then to Doris. The both were very exceptional with assisting me. But my big claps go to Enly who was great stepping in an assisting me and resolving my matter. I must however stretch the fact that Enly was more the helpful to me as some staff members where not at their respectful departments and customers walked up to me and Enly while he was still assisting me he kindly kept on asking if he could assist customers that needed assistance. I have witnessed while standing with Enly how staff members pass the Buck and shift blame on others instead of assisting and solving the matter afterwards. Enly the manner he handle the rude staff member in a polite manner shows that his the right person for that branch. Me in gene Having had a bad experience with game in the past does come to show that it’s not always about the money but the fact of loving and respecting your job goes in hand.
