Excellent Service

My elderly mother purchased a TV 2 years ago. Anyway it stopped working so we took it back to Game and they sent it in for repairs. Was informed it was unrepairable so they gave my Mum a gift voucher for the full amount so she could buy another TV.As we all know since then prices have gone up but our salesman went to his manager and my Mum was able to get her TV without having to pay anything extra. I complimented both the Repair section and the salesman. I would like to say it was a pleasure dealing with Game Kenilworth Centre. Thank you you made my elderly mother very happy.
