Excellent service

On friday the 19/12/2014 i went to Game strores in Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti to return a fridge that was faulty, the service i received there was pathetic and disgusting from client service to small appliances manager Nimraz nobody wanted to help it was like i had contagious disease EBOLA. They told me to take it back where i bought it in game city, i told him straight away that wont happen i am not going back with a fridge that has a problem they must sort it out and call me when they have a solution. On Monday 22/12/2014 i went to Game in Game City where i bought the fridge i met a very nice lady at customer service Iwdranee Naidoo i expalined to her what happened on friday, she apologised and picked up a phone to call Game in Galleria to confirm if they do have the fridge which i left, without wasting her energy and my time she gave me a refund. I must say i did not expect that service i received from her she was very helpful along with Emmanuel at small appliances. Keep up the excellent work guys at Game City you rock
