Excellent service

Today I visited Game store Kollonade and I was assisted by McDonald Tsatsi. The service I received from him was outstanding. He didn't even for a minute hesitate to assist me. The first ladies I passed , as I asked for assistance they just pointed to me to go straight down, which I didn't complain but continued to walk straight and walked upto McDonald and he assisted me and even went the extra mile by calling another store to check if they had stock as the product I was looking for was sold out. He didn't send me away but assisted me. I believe his colleagues can learn a lot from him. Please do keep up the good work.
