Went to Game N1 City on Sunday, 3rd April 2022 to purchase my tumble dryer. I went with an online price of R4199 but when I arrived the price had changed to R4699. I checked online again and the price had changed online. I showed the sales guy helping me that the same model is priced for R4199 by Hi-fi Corp. Immediately he told me due to their policy they are able to match the price. I was also informed that I have an option to purchase an extended warranty of 3 years. I immediately questioned this as I was never offered this extended warranty from Game Tyger alley when I purchased my washing machine. I was told that they will investigate this and contact me back in regards to this. Thank you so much for the great customer service and extended warranty. It is really important to inform clients of this extra benefit. I hope that I will receive good feedback in regards to the extended warranty on the washing machine as I was never informed of this benefit.
