Excellent customer service from Game complaint department Roshni and Kiara !!!!

Game complaints department attitude !!! High 5. I had an issue with a tv i purchased from game that had a claimed warranty of 4 years my TV broke and the supplier told me my tv was out of warranty!!! very upset i logged a complaint with Game complaints department and i can tell you the level of commitment to resolving my query by the Roshni and Kiara was over and above what I expected they were totally professional and actually listened to my argument even though there hands was cut off to fully assist me they helped in getting the supplier to honor the 4 year warranty i a still very wherry of the actual product Hisense and will never buy the product again but I will most likely still support the Game group mainly because of there commitment by there staff in the complaints department to actually help . Roshni and Kiara was awesome and like i said even if i didn't get to replace the product the ladies did everything in their power to make a bad experience better and I actually regained trust in Game due to this ladies .
