excellent customer service

I was in Game Canal Walk when I spoke to an sales rep named Uzair who assisted me with information on the different TV's that's available types of models & what is good to buy , he explained the makes & models & me not being tech savvy was not trying to be difficult by asking all theses questions ...he maintained & very cheerful attitude that made me feel at home cause this chap was so nice to explain all the nitty gritty stuff , Thank You Sir for your excellent customer service
