Excellent Customer service after a bad experience

<p>i would like to give a huge thanks to Nizaam Dramat at Game Parow. he has really shown true customer excellence. Even though my TV was not going to be replaced because of Customer Negligence. he has helped in all ways he could. he really made me feel like there was a way at the end of the Tunnel for this even though it was not going to get replaced. Big ups to Nizaam keep up the good wor****</p>
