Excellent customer service

Went to the Game Cresta store to upgrade my phone contract. I was helped my Tsholofelo at the counter.

There was a problem with the deal codes for the upgrade.

After me calling vodacom and them speaking to Tsholofelo in 2 depts, he called their partner lines, then made more calls. After about an hour of trying, we told me he will contact me as soon as he sorts it out.

He sent me sms's to keep my informed about what's happening with the upgrade and is still busy with this. I would like to commend him on his great customer service and trying to help me tirelessly to get this sorted.

Excellent customer service.
