Excellent Customer Service

I would like to thank Rina Taute (Group Customer Service Advisor) for the prompt and efficient response to queries. I needed a washing machine paid and collected between branches and the speed at which she replies when is blisteringly quick, you'd swear you're the sole client.<br> <br> This is excellent, I just wish there could be more like you even within the Game store network because the branch in Vincent is yet to acknowledge my correspondences (mailbox full!). Please roll out an awareness session to all the branches and teach them all how you handle customer queries because you're AWESOME.<br>
