Excellent customer service

I dont think i have ever had anyone phone me back a second time to find out if i have received my order or not. I placed an order wirh Game & the order didnt go thru. So i placed another one. Few hrs later i received a msg saying my pmt failed etc. Nway i phoned Game, gave them the order details( not realising its the failed order). They said they wld check & revert back. Someone phoned( cant remember the kind gentlemen's name) asking me to just send the proof that pmt has gone off my account. I was busynon friday, in the meantime my order was delivered. Today the gentlemen phones again to find out if i have submitted my proof so that he can make sure i get my order. Needless to say. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service i received. ALOT of companies can take some tips from Game. Well done and keep up the excellent service
