Excellent Customer Service

I would like to acknowledge Monica Nkosi from Customer Service in the Jabulani store who ensured that myself and my father are assisted in real-time. She was amazing. We had no joy in getting assistance from some *********** call centre agents, so she stepped in, took charge and saw us through entire process as we needed a secondary card. She even waited after the store had closed and that's at 7pm just to make sure the secondary card was linked to the original as per confirmation from a different agent who had also assisted, that the card was active. Monica Nkosi is the real superstar and I wanted to thank her for the support. Please continue to rock and remain professional wherever work life leads you.
