Excellent Customer Service

<p>I would like to take this opportunity in expressing my sincere gratitude for the efforts of Mr. Johan Van Meersbergen at GAME Colonnade.</p> <p>After an unfortunate nasty experience regarding the loss of my Tablets and the subsequent frustration I had to endure afterwards.</p> <p>The less than desirable attitude of the various people I dealt with actually strengthened my resolve to further pursue this matter, as far as possible, as a matter of principle.</p> <p>I however received a call from Mr. Johan Van Meersbergen at GAME Colonnade, albeit to do damage control.</p> <p>He apologized for the whole debacle, even thou it was not of his making, but nevertheless took initiative to remedy the situation, in the interest of great customer service.</p> <p>I’m impressed with the manner he had dealt with the matter and grateful that we could settle it amicably.</p> <p>He is certainly deserves sincere praise and commendation for his efforts.</p> <p>I believe that no person doing an excellent job should go unacknowledged.</p> <p>Thank You Mr. Van Meersbergen for resolving the matter – I’m pleased to be a Happy GAME Customer again.</p>
