Excellent customer Game Thamisanqa contact centre

I was called by Thamisaqa from the game contact Centre. He was very helpful as I've been struggling to get my game invoice on my email to do an exchange. He was polite and patient with me helped me recap my memory. Who would have thought that it would juts take me two seconds to retrieve my invoice from the game website.
