Excellent Call Centre Service! Bravo!

Shoutout to Niki from the customer call centre! She assisted me in trying to find a product at one of the stores. She was friendly, courteous and and extremely professional! She kept on trying to locate the item for me on my behalf, and regularly kept me updated on progress. Definitely not one of those who say 'they will call back', and then never do. I wish everybody would provide such great client service as she does! Well done Niki!
