Exceeding customer expectations daily

I have been to Game Alberton City on several occasions and WOW, I can honestly say nothing is ever to big or small for Jan and his team. Staff are friendly, Helpful, greet their customers, assist immediately when help is needed, when they don't have a item they will not only source it from another branch, but they will also keep you up to date with the progress. Above all the shop is neat and tidy, shelves are packed in an easy acess customer focused manner. This is truly one of the very few retail stores where the branch manager are never too busy to speak to his customers! Well Done and thank you, you truly exceed your customers expectations daily!
