Empty promises to customers

I went to Game yesterday morning to enquire about price beat for Baby Soft Tissues at Makro. I enquired with the Manager and Supervisor (Maropeng) and was told that they beat the price from R100 to R94. I didn't have a problem. Supervisor took my numbers and i took the store number (landline and 065 number). They told me they have placed an order on Wednesday awaiting delivery. ETU is 11h00 today. I called yesterday afternoon just to confirm my seriousness and was told they don't have. Called today after 11h00 (11 times on 065 number), dololo feedback. I waited for their call and still waiting. I am not sure of the level of service and empty promises to customers. All i wanted is tissues as per our agreement. If they still awaiting stock, then courtesy call will work. i am highly disappointed.
