Empty promises-specials advertised but no stock

We bought and paid for: French door fridge with a free chest freezer, and a pool table. There was no stock of the chest freezer & were promised one will be sourced. This never materialised & we were offered a bar fridge which we accepted. Craig (Store Manager) in Mossel Bay promised that the pool table will be sourced and delivered before Christmas. Yesterday, we were offered a price reduction on a pool table (it was damaged and would be fixed), that was sourced from PE. Really Craig! obviously we refused and asked for a refund. What is happening Game, you were our go to store for all our home appliances, sorry we have rethink this in future. Please stop advertising specials if there is no stock to honour this.
