Empty promises. Please just take your unit and refund me.

Order number ***. I have been trying to return this unit for weeks. The incorrect *****s were given, so I cannot assemble it. And one of the boards are damaged. It is useless to me if I cannot assemble it. I logged this so many times now. I laid a complaint with the store as well. I keep getting told that it is being escalated. Empty promises. I follow up daily. I am so frustrated and don't know what to do. I ordered it online because I don't have the means to transport it and I Cannot move this unit by myself. I am pleading for assistance now
