Empty promises, no or bad service and very rude Staff

<p>Game Somerset West worst service ever. Stay away from them sales people(Tobie and Nolan) make empty promises Branch (Bennie van rensburg) manager also make promises 2IB manager very rude. You will have tremendous problem when something is under guarantee to get repair. You hear different stories from different people of how this is been done. You will wait more than 3 weeks then you have to go to store again and again to find out that I the customer must phone the supplier I the customer must sent all docs to supplier I the customer have to phone supplier over and over again to get problem sorted. I the customer get told I have to wait untill Supplier gets back to me get back to me. Do not buy from Game</p>
