Empty Promises..never buy DEFY!!

<p>I bought a Defy tumble dryer from Game. The machine worked for three weeks and Game took three months to exchange. A few weeks later the machine stopped working again. Game collected the second broken machine again only after waiting another four months and a week later this machine also stopped working. I went back to Game and was told that this machine, this model of tumble dryer was a "dud"a flop model that Defy will contact me to collect it directly. My documents was taken by Game, I am still stuck have no tumble dryer.</p>
