Empty promises

I bought a fridge on line from Game and they promised delivery within 7days that was the 5 when I made the purchase but to my suprise to day is the 20th yet they not made the delivery and no one is contacting me or something I phone them they kept me holding for more than 10minutes when they answer still they don't know when they will deliver
