Empty promises

Hi I bought a defy washing machine twin tub from game stores Mitchell's plain in cape town. Even took out extended guarantee. Now the spinner motor gave in. After 3 weeks of struggling with them they eventually came to fix the motor. The technician told me to wait three more days before using the machine. After the three days start my washing (load full). Two spins later the machine is broken again. Now I am again struggling to get them to fix it. Game make promises to their consumers that they can't keep.
