Empty promises

I bought a defy washing machine from game stores in mitchells plain capetown with extended guarantee. The spinner motor is broken and after waiting three weeks and a lot of fighting over the phone they eventually send out a technician. He fixed the motor in half an hours time and said to wait three days before use. After three days I do my washing and on the second spin the motor is broken again. The spinner stopped working. Now I am fighting again for them to come and fix it. Their policy says if they can't repair they replace. What happened to all their empty promises. I am still struggling.
