Empty Promises

On 26 January I made a cash payment for a fridge at Game. I was promised delivery on 28 January. Waiting all day nothing materialised. I followed up on 28 January and was promised that the salesman Eryne Jacobs will contact me before 10;00 on 29 January. No call was made. Then I phoned on 30 January and spoke to Roby who promised that she will request Eryne to contact us. No call. For about 3 days our lives were put on hold waiting on tanterhooks for a delivery.
