Empty promises
Hell Peter, <br> <br> Mrs Nqambi, submitted a complaint on the 18 February 2015 about KIC Fridge. The manager phoned and promise that Kobus will come to Mrs Nqambi's house, and he came and said he is going to send someone to collect the fridge but he never came back until now. He is ignoring Mrs Nqambi's calls.<br> <br> Please advise what can I do now because it seems like they don't want to repair this fridge?<br> <br> I will never ever recommend Game store products to anyone... I'VE NEVER EVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!<br> <br> Thanks <br> <br> Nyameko
