Empty promise - Delivery failure for 3 weeks by Game stores Menlyn - Item paid cash

I bought a Fridge at Game stores Menlyn branch on (Thursday)the 29 November 2018 , they asked me when i need it delivered i told them friday (30 November 2018) , also stated that they will deliver during the week , they did not deliver on friday and Monday (03 December 18) I called them they told me to be patient they have a back lock for black friday , I waited for the whole week , started getting worried , i went to the shop on friday (07 Dec 18) they told me my fridage had been requested from Jouburg storeroom , it shows in transit on the system , so it will be delivered latest by monday (10 Dec 18 ) , it never came phoned them they apologised and told me it will definitely come Tuesday , tuesday it was delivered , then i checked the fridge only to find the Fridge had been burned at the back , its got smokes , its got patches on the compressor , it looked very risky to even try to plug , i went back to the shop again (wednesday -12 Dec 18) show them pictures of fridge , "They apologized and promised to deliver on friday (14 Dec 18), also promise that they will call before its delivered , today is friday , I have not received the Fridge or any call from them , they have not even attempted to call me , this inconvenience and frustration had been going on to close to a month now , I use my resources (Time and Money) to call them , and Go to the store physically , Please assist , im tired of waiting I dont need any promise from them i want my money back , is December holidays now and is Hot and too hot to leave without a fridge.
