empty promis and bad service

<p>On 16-12-2016, I waited 30 minutes for someone to come and help me, finally someone came, and she walked off after I said two words to her. She went for help but could have at least told me that is what she doing. Then Reagan comes along and said they dont have stock of the entertainment unit (white R799, width is 120cm) and that he will place the order for it to be made for me and I can follow up after 2-3 weeks. He said sorry for the bad servicfe and I will make sure you get the item. I did so and spoke to Gavin who told me that item cannot be ordered and Reagan was wrong. He promised to to look around at other stores and will call me back this morning but no call has been received. The fact that Reagan gave me wrong information on top of me having to wait 30 minutes to see someone along with Gavin not calling me back has left a very very bitter taste in my mouth!!!! I am NOT happy as i have practically been waiting invein all this time!</p>
