Employee Theft

I purchased a Tevo vacuum from you Greenacres Port Elizabeth store. The unit broke within three months so I returned it for repairs. They never contacted me and when I went in they said someone had already collected the repaired vacuum. The manger said they would look into the case and there was staff *****. I still do not have my vacuum and I had to purchase a new one as I have been there several times to sort it out however the manager still has not contacted me. I do not see how your internal theft should affect me. The fact that it was not replaced immediately after they figured out it was staff ***** is disgusting. It’s now been over a year and I am still waiting!
