**** ELECTRIC SUNBEAM HEATER FROM GAME

My name is Shirley.I first first heater (sunbeam model ***) from East rand Mall Game to my surprise when i got home the heater wouldnt switch on.I returned the product back to the shop on the 21/06 they game me another heater same model then after a month the heater would switch on.On the 26 i returned the product to the shop as still under warranty.they checked the product and told me that they will need to sent it for repairs.I will have to wait for 21 days for repairs. Firstly in this worst cold days i will have to stay without the heater and wait for the heater to get repaired. I suspect that this brand that they are selling to people is not a good product as it will not sustain long when using it. I expensed a lot of money for me to wait and get the repairs done. Neither i wont be able to go to another shop to by another heater since its very cold. I am disappointed with the product /brand that game is selling with so much money and yet its ****. I dont think that even if i have to take back the heater after repairs if it will last me more than a year. I was expecting good result and quality product since i paid a lot of money for the heater. Currently i am not sure if i still want the same heater as i know already that two of them i was provided with has poor quality.i dont think i will ever buy any electric product from Game as they sell **** products.they are just like any other stores.I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED,I THREW MY MONEY AWAY FOR NOTHING.
