Elderly mom bring harresed with calls by game

I am very unhappy that my mom receives calls from them every month she is a pensioner and they keep on harassing her for pmnt she pays the correct smnt or even more but they don't stop with the calls it is really bad and unprofessional for a store to do the to an elderly person don't they feel ashamed every time my mom cries by me overthe calls she gets she is very depressed and wished she never had to deal with game please stop calling her.
