Effecient,proactive, empathetic staff

Goo day As i entered Game store Pavillion, 36 weeks pregnant with my 2 year old son,i turned to grab a trolley and could no longer locate my son. I requested help from a lady in the front who refered to another lady in the store and began to search the store with no luck, she contacted the camera personnel to search via the cameras with no luck. Donavan heard the incindent and immediatly dropped everything and rushed me to the camera room where we saw that my son never made it into the store. Donavan then mobilsed more staff to search for my son outside the store and was giving directions as to contact the neccessary people. My emotional ordeal ended when we found him in tears 2 stores down. I would like to thank Game staff but especially Donavan for his urgency and proactive attitude towards such situations. I will forever be grateful for his intervention.
