****ed with bad service from Game Vincent

Game Vincent is your most useless store and the lack of customer service is beyond myself.two weeks ago and went to by a high pressure machine and requested for the store manager's after waiting for hsours on end he never came to assist.Today I tried callingto enquire about office furniture but have been on the phone for 45 minutes being sent from pillar post.This store makes it seem as if customers are doing them a favour by shopping at store.
