****ed off client for Hisense 8kg front loader from Game

i bought a hisense 8kg washing machine which makes a lot of noise and movement when spinning. If i call the customer service they make me hold on for God knows how long. Finally when someone helped, they booked for a repair which i was told would happen on Monday 18/08/2025. After a few minutes i receive a notification that my repair booking is cancelled by myself yet i never did that. Hisense 8kg front loader is something else, im ****ed..... only used it twice and i wont even recommend it to anyone.
