****ed off at unprofessional Game employees
Game Zevenwaght is really just a total dissapointment and very bad customer service after 6pm. This is my second time I wanted 2 make a purchase and they either 2 busy dancing to very loud music 'we as customers can't hear our selfs think or they shooting pool. First time I exchanged a curtain because it had water marks on it, no stock of the curtain but the one hanging on display they couldn't take off for me as the right people are not there to take it off. Second time I paid on my Rcs card and wanted to makea purchase and I couldn't coz no one there could clear my card. The lady at the cashier couldn't even explain to me why it had to be cleared and the people that needs to clear the card left already. Very unprofessional. The store supposed to close at 7pm but everyone checked out at 6pm already. Pity I didn't take a photo or video. ****ed off. Need 2 appoint people that actually want to work
Not everyone that can go to the shops between 9-5pm.
The gentleman that the cashier send us to at the back to explain to us why our card cannot be cleared, never even listened to our querie, just told us the people that can help us left already. I told him to listen to the question first before answering but talking to any employee of Game after 6pm is pointless.
This is a second time from a different person and different time we received that response and from a manager!
I live 3 min from Zevenwaght Mall, but at this point would rather drive to Cape Gate or Somerset on wknds as the shopping environment is surely more conducive
