Dstv Smart LNB

I bought an Explora at Game stores last week, The salesman assured me that I could simply unplug my single view decoder and plug the explora in - no such luck. I needed a Dstv Smart LNB. Back to Game next day and explained what I needed, they didn't seem to know what I was talking about and did not/have stock of Smart LNB's. I was advised to try Incredible Connection, no stock, who sent me to Dions, who sent me to Dstv in Somerset West, who sent me to Victoria Electrical, who did have stock at R525 each. How can Game sell an item, lead me to believe that I did not have to buy additional equipment, and then not have stock. Poor service for sure.
